Join us for an unforgettable evening of indulgence as Katie MacLeod pairs six carefully selected wines with six exquisite chocolates handcrafted by Julia Ryan, master Chocolatier at Trufflebar Chocolates in Inverness, Nova Scotia.
Originally from Germany, Julia brings European artistry and passion to her craft, creating each chocolate with the finest Belgian chocolate and all-natural, homemade fillings. From ganache infused with vanilla bean and fresh fruit purées to rich nut butters made entirely from scratch, her truffles are as beautiful as they are delicious.
Enhancing the experience, sommelier Katie MacLeod will present the speciality wines chosen to perfectly complement Julia’s creations. Katie will also share her expertise in a mini-lesson on wine tasting, offering insights into the art of pairing and the nuances of flavour.
