  • Refine their knitting technique using very thin needles (1.25 – 1.5 mm).
  • Incorporate beads into their designs using complex patterns.
  • Create stunning, one-of-a-kind pieces that add flair to any outfit.

 

Prerequisites:
To participate in this workshop, attendees should:

  • Be proficient in knitting with thin needles at a tight gauge.
  • Have experience with the long tail cast-on method.

Meet Your Instructor: Laura MacEachern
Laura is a passionate homesteader, gardener, and crafter whose adventures in crafting began when her mom taught her to knit. As she connected with other artisans, she expanded her skills to include spinning, weaving, and both needle and wet felting. Laura is fascinated by the endless depth of these fibre arts, where each technique offers opportunities to explore captivating patterns and perfect her skills.

A proud member of the South Haven Guild of Weavers, Spinners, and Dyers, Laura is eager to share her knowledge and experiences from her fibre craft journey with you.
