Join us for a hands-on Soap Making Workshop with Mary Pemberton, founder of Flora + Fauna Soap Company. Learn how to craft soap from scratch using traditional techniques and all-natural ingredients. You’ll explore the fundamentals of soap making, experiment with scents and botanicals, and take home your very own handmade soap.

- A loaf pan of handcrafted soap (to cut & cure at home)

Meet Your Instructor
Mary Pemberton is the founder of Flora + Fauna Soap Company, where she creates eco-friendly, handcrafted soaps made with locally sourced ingredients. Her soaps, made with local tallow, nourishing oils, and natural colorants, are designed to be long-lasting, gentle on the skin, and environmentally friendly—with options for body, laundry, and even dish soap. With years of experience, Mary is passionate about sustainability and sharing her craft with others.
What to Bring:
- Old clothes and long sleeves (soap-making can get messy!)
- Dish gloves, eye protection (safety glasses/goggles), and a silicone spatula
- If available: a stainless steel pot, immersion blender, and digital thermometer (some will be provided for sharing)
